Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager IV in Mountain View, CA. The Program Manager IV position is a servant leader role responsible for overseeing multiple programs for GBSG.Duties:* Program Manager IV will be responsible for ensuring that each program meets its objectives and goals while staying within the timeline; This includes working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate efforts, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of products or services* Responsible for the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and communication plan; This includes ensuring that proper tracking and reporting mechanisms are in place to monitor the progress of each program, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track* Working knowledge of Jira to facilitate efficient workflows and streamline project management* Overall, the Program Manager IV is a critical leadership role, responsible for driving successful program delivery through effective collaboration, coordination, and communication with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors* Bachelor's degree in Engineering* Possess technical knowledge and experience with CICD and Automation* Technical background, PMP or ACP. Jira and google ecosystem user* Working Knowledge on Jira is a must* Understand the enterprise software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance* Understanding of automated testing, build and deployment processes would be useful* Good communication skills are a must as this person will be interacting with leaderships as well* Flexibility in working hours as this is a role with lots of global team interaction
