HCM Programmer AnalystPrimary Location: California...V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a HCM Programmer Analyst for our premier client in California.Education And Experience Information Management - Computer Science - or any closely related field with at least 5 years working experience using HCM - PeopleSoft - JavaScript libraries - SQL and SQR. An equivalent combination of experience - education and training will be considered. Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite - Application Designer - SQR - Application Engine - AWE - Query - etc. Advanced PeopleCode experience. Experience with COBOL - Application Packages - Component Interface - Fluid Development - HTML5 - and CSS. Experience selectively adopting bug fixes and new features from PUM Images. Experience reducing customizations by use of Event Mapping and Drop Zones. Advanced SQL experience on an Oracle database. Strong understanding of SDLC. Familiar with various design - architectural patterns - and HCM frameworks. Ability to write clean - readable - modular - scalable and easily maintainable code with proper technical documentation. Understanding of code versioning tools. Troubleshooting - analytical skills and excellent communication skills.What Youll DoJob Responsibilities: Designing - implementing and testing HCM application involving new features and functionality from functional requirements. Maintenance - support - design - development - and implementation of HCM application. Database design in Oracle - SQL and formulating advanced SQL queries. Developing and maintaining applications and modules related to Payroll - Time and Labor - Benefits - Benefits Administration - ePerformance and Talent Acquisition Management and Candidate Gateway modules. Developing new and maintaining existing Database ETL processes and reports. Good communication skills - ability to work independently and in team environment - and communicate with clients.
