Howdy, were Frontiers Market! We're an exciting new startup in Austin thats all about helping ranchers and farmers streamline their operations. We're in search of a Full Stack Engineer to elevate our platform functionality and implement new features.
What You'll Be Doin'
Collaborate with other engineers, Machine Learning team, designers, and product owners to develop user-friendly applications.
Write, turbocharged with AI tools, efficient code to implement new ideas into bytes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot existing application issues to ensure sleep safe and sound.
Build fully integrated web and mobile experience for ranch management and marketplace.
Test applications for performance, accuracy, and usability.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in building web applications front-end and backend (Typescript)
Expertise in in mobile technologies (preferable Swift and Ios Ecosystem)
Knowledge of cloud based services development (GCP preferable).
Strong problem-solving skills.
DevOps tools and processes knowledge (Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines).
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum dev process
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Hardware IoT setup experience (Raspberry Pi)
AI expertise, especially computer vision
Experience building for the cattle industry and/or online marketplaces
