*Job Title: IT Program Manager**Location: Hybrid in Cleveland - OH**Type: 6-Month Contract to Hire*The IT Program Manager ensures the alignment of program initiatives with the organizations strategic objectives and oversees their execution within set parameters. This role involves evaluating program health - identifying improvement areas - and contributing to program execution. The IT Program... Manager facilitates communication across stakeholders - ensures program goals are endorsed - generates executive-level reports - monitors performance metrics - and delivers data-driven insights to senior leadership.*Core Responsibilities and Tasks:** Dashboard and Report Management* Devise and maintain program-focused dashboards and reports to communicate status - highlight performance indicators - and monitor financial tracking.* Program Management* Formulate - apply - and maintain program management regulations - procedures - and benchmarks.* Progress Tracking* Track and report on the progress of various initiatives/projects within the program.* Remove impediments/blockages to ensure smooth program progress.* Program Liasion* Act as the single point of contact for designated programs concerning timeline adjustments and resource allocation.* Scrum Facilitation* Facilitate all scrum events in the program - such as sprint planning - daily stand-up meetings - sprint reviews - and sprint retrospectives.* Backlog Management* Aid in managing the backlog for programs - ensuring backlog items are well-defined - correctly prioritized - and ready for implementation.* Program Reviews and Communication* Guide regular program reviews and progress meetings.* Ensure proper communication and documentation of program performance - potential risks - and problems.*Position Requirements:** 5+ years of experience in portfolio - program management - and/or project management roles.* Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies (e.g. - Waterfall - Agile - Microsoft Project - Jira - Confluence).* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.* Demonstrates communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish collaborative relationships and influence across teams and stakeholders.* Knowledge of data management practices and principles and their incorporation into program management activities.* Understanding of the technical project lifecycle and phases - including SDLC.* Bachelors degree in Business - Information Technology - or a related field - or at least 6 years of experience in portfolio - program management - and/or project management roles.*Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with Data Analytics and Visualization Tools (e.g. - Tableau - Microstrategy).* Familiarity with Big Data Concepts (e.g. - Hadoop - MapReduce - Spark - NoSQL databases).* Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and Technologies (e.g. - AWS - Azure - Google Cloud Platform).* Expertise in Data Management or Analytics Software (e.g. - Informatica - IBM - Oracle).* Professional certifications (e.g. - PMP - Prince2 - Agile).*ABOUT EIGHT ELEVEN:*_At Eight Eleven - our business is people.
