Rich Headley joined the Cornerstone OnDemand Product Team in 2015 to improve the Recruiting module, introducing multiple impactful feature sets that brought the relatively young Applicant Tracking System to parity with Cornerstone’s leading competitors. Rich is now a Manager of Product Management for Cornerstone’s Learning Platform, where he is passionately motivated to lead his product and development teams toward improving the way organizations and their lifelong learners discover, create, share, and track their learning. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Rich was a Business Unit Manager at TransDigm, Inc., where he managed P&L and product development for highly engineered components on military and commercial aircraft. Rich is a combat veteran who most recently served part-time in the Army Reserve as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at UCLA, preparing both regular students and ROTC cadets to be leaders. He also holds a B.A and an M.B.A. from UCLA.
