Our head office is in Milpitas - CA.About the role:ZineOne is looking to expand our team by hiring an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager. This Sales Enablement role will provide sales leaders and reps with the learning materials - content - and resources to drive growth and success.Partnering with the sales team and product marketing - the senior sales enablement manager will develop and execute impactful - data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process.Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.Youll work with an incredibly supportive team who has developed powerful enterprise SaaS technology that delivers significant value for Fortune 500 brands. This position reports to the Director of Product Marketing.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives on taking ownership to get things done - collaborates well - is a team player - and is eager to learn and grow professionally.What you will do: Understand the ZineOne platform and get to know our customers to become a subject matter expert (SME) Understand our prospects and whats needed throughout the buyer journey Develop ramping and training programs for enterprise account executives - account development representatives and revenue team Use tools and techniques to analyze sales ramp metrics Work with product marketing to establish and maintain a central content library for self-service sales materials and templates including consistent taxonomy - metadata and naming conventions by industry verticals - buyer stages - personas - etc. Partner with product marketing to educate and remind the revenue team about new and pre-existing materials to help prospects throughout the buyer journey. Partner with sales leadership - partner team - revenue operations - customer success - product marketing - and other areas of the business to roll out and maintain sales training - playbooks - and other revenue-driving programs. Assist with revenue kick off agenda-planning and execution Use available resources - such as Chorus - Google Classroom - Salesforce - Demandbase - G2 - blogs - articles - customer storytelling - etc to organize onboarding assets and on-going sales education Work collaboratively and as a self-starter Communicate effectively Build trusted relationships with the revenue teamWhat were looking for: Bachelors degree Experience as an enterprise account executive in SaaS preferred Analytics and AI experience a plus Outstanding presentation and communication skills Excellent project and people management skills Exceptional business aptitude Creative and positive mindset A deep level of care to help others succeed Experience building new hire programs - a plus Experience evaluating - setting up - and managing sales enablement platforms - a plus
