WSP is currently initiating a search for a Software Engineering Data Analyst for our Chicago, IL office. Your Impact The successful candidate will be working in the core Microsoft .NET environment on Windows Servers and Windows 10 and Windows Server environments developing web and mobile device using the mean (React or Vue, Angular, and Node) development stack including C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server. The role requires individuals to work well in teams in creating solutions to meet customer needs. The position requires attendance/lead capability in design and user requirements sessions with other developers, working closely with others to produce viable, cross application software solutions. The successful candidate will need to work hands-on and provide the technical knowledge in the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of the enterprise information systems. The position requires a variety of service knowledge and experience ranging from day-to-day support, maintenance, design, development, and trouble-shooting to improve, advance, or simplify business processes. The position will require the ability to structure and analyze database driven data into centralized dashboards and reports using technologies such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau and other business intelligence software platforms as needed. Who You Are Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with three or more years development experience with ASP.NET/C# Minimum of 7-10+ years experience required Net Core, LINQ, Windows Workflow Foundation, Entity Framework combined with good foundation knowledge on C# to Create and Consuming Services RESTFul services. Must be proficient with MVC, WPF, HTML5, CSS3, React, Vue, JQuery, Angular Transact-SQL with SQL Server, MVC frameworks. The candidate must be willing work with existing code bases and demonstrate a desire to learn and work with existing application and business processes. Experience in working and delivering solutions using business intelligence software. Candidates with experience in developing webparts / App Parts, and integrating with SharePoint environments using REST, JSOM, and CSOM and service level integrations will be considered favorable along with the experience develop using MEAN stack framework. Must have a good UI design experience. We will need to see sample screenshots of web applications developed to demonstrate clean user interface development experience.
