- Work with team members to assess business requirements and then tailor solutions using the platform
- Write code as part of creating a custom platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front-end web technologies), as well as integrations with back-office systems (often using middleware tools), and sophisticated data migrations
- Participate in development work streams, from design through testing and roll out
- Keep up good relationships and rapport with clients to spot and solve risks, and give timely project updates
- Review code written by your peers
- Participate in software development projects, helping to estimate work and staffing resources, and deciding on the schedule
- Help with getting applications live, as well as with handing applications off and setting up clients for long-term success by giving them the knowledge they need

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
