The candidate for this Data Analyst position will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients within a corporate law firm environment. Work requirements include file creation, labeling, retrievals, transfers, destruction, tracking and also document scanning. This position requires regular professional written and verbal communication with our clients, other departments and vendors. Coordination of records scanning and retrieval projects with other departments and external vendors is also required for this position. Good working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe PDF, eDocs DM and LegalKey are essential for this position.
  • Manages transfer of information between Law Firms
  • Imports data into Document Management System
  • Maintains data integrity by working to eliminated redundancy and confirm data imported correctly
  • Needs to understand workflow of data transfers and stay informed of how the organization uses data
  • Working knowledge of iManage Document Management software and Prosperoware preferred (previous experience with a legal specific records management program required)
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills. Comfort dealing with simultaneous projects required
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential materials as required
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems related to Electronic Records Management methods and procedures
  • Ability to archive Electronic data
Job Requirements:
  • 2-4 years’ experience
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
  • Strong understanding of file types/extensions
  • Strong understanding of Document Management Systems
  • Professional, effective written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate Windows 10 based computer skills required
