We partner with our Operations teams to provide successful Do-It-Yourself and Do-It-Together customer service events across our Elavon suite of digital product channels and this role will lead development for existing and incremental products in support of agents for these events throughout the customer lifecycle.As a leader on our team - you will:- Own the product lifecycle - including key milestones identify - design - prototype - configure and implement new product features and capabilities across the DIY and DIT user experience- Act as smatter expert regarding interfaces with business and technical resources to ensure UI/UX best practices are adhered to and compliment their business processes in ways consistent with digital product best practices- Provide ongoing evaluation and guidance of the customer user interfaces and experience for ongoing feature design and development against business objectives.- Build conceptual wireframes - prototypes - and models to support final implementation objectives- Work with product management and users to identify and analyze needs/gaps in business processes; provide recommendations for the UI/UX for problem resolution- Identify ways to establish baseline measurements for the UI/UX within business processes as well as track how recommended changes to the UI/UX improve the user and customer experience- Plan releases with product and delivery teams; ensure a smooth implementation of innovation with both customer and service agent through partnership with change management- Assist with product testing and training as applicableBasic Experience- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent- 4+ years of related experience in product management - user experience and designPreferred Experience- Experience leading and coaching teams- Experience working in an agile software development model- 2+ years of experience working with the Salesforce ecosystem and associated technical requirements - system configuration - user requirements - and all related UI and UX guidelines- Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred- Demonstrated collaboration - leadership - and interpersonal skills- Well-developed verbal and written communication skillsIf there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process - please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants (https://careers.usbank.com/global/en/disability-accommodations-for-applicants) .Benefits:Take care of yourself and your family with U.S. Bank employee benefits.
