This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the companys vision and strategy. The role will report to the Sr. Director, Product Management but will operate in a highly matrixed environment with numerous key stakeholders.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Develop product positioning strategies
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Lead content and product launches and enhancements of products in the two Charter Operating Units to include working with Corporate Engineering, Corporate and Field Marketing and Field Engineering.

Proven work experience in product management or as a product manager
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

Required Education
Undergraduate degree required

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Product Development Process - 3-5
Related industry experience (Cable, Telecommunications, Software/Online Services) - 3-5

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Education
Technical degree related to the telecommunications field or operational/process optimization experience

Product Management and/or Product Development Experience Required, preferably in Cable, Telecommunications, Software or Web Services
Management or leadership experience - 2+

The pay for this position has a salary range of $107,600.00 to $191,200.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
