Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oysters positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever.

Oyster is a constantly evolving and fast-paced startup where you will work across business, product, design, and engineering teams to deliver software solutions from ideation through release. As Senior Product Manager working on Identity and Access Management (IAM), your goal is to deliver end-user features for user identity, authorization, access management, fraud, and compliance.

What you'll do

  • Plan the strategy and delivery of innovative IAM product features and service opportunities
  • Present in writing and video to all levels of our organization
  • Collaborate on requirements, design, and delivery plans across Oyster teams and stakeholders
  • Define success criteria and key performance indicators in the early stages of feature planning
  • Build and maintain functional roadmaps while continuously reviewing and prioritizing the product backlog
  • Review QA test plans and coverage of features
  • Be proactive and use independent judgment to navigate complex, technical, and interrelated requirements
  • Organize discussions and share information with stakeholders, management, and vendors about roadmap priorities, scope, progress, risks, dependencies, and launch details
  • Research market trends, evaluate opportunities, recommend solutions, and build vendor relationships

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies (e.g., KYC/KYB/AML, SSO/MFA, OAuth, access controls, impersonation, account provisioning, fraud monitoring, audit reporting)
  • 5+ years of product management or related experience in a SaaS environment
  • [BONUS] Experience integrating products or building enterprise-level IAM product features
  • [BONUS] Experience launching products and technology supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, or Time Management operations
  • [BONUS] Experience working on teams at a globally distributed company
