Overview: Senior Service Management Product Manager

Position can be Remote (Work from Home)

The Senior Service Management Product Manager's primary responsibilities are serving as the liaison to co-workers across the Ministry for the evolution and development of Enterprise Service Management solutions and workflows. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.

Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements

Manage changes to requirements and resolve issues in innovative and practical ways

Strong knowledge of all elements of the product development lifecycle

Effective decision-making abilities

Exceptional communication, writing and editing skills

Strong project management skillset

Effective meeting facilitator

Drives process optimization and roadmaps

Familiar with Software as a Service (SAAS), Cloud Architecture, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies

Performs other work duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8 years' experience working with ServiceNow or similar platform.
  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
  • Other: Core Understanding of Information Technology Service Management practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodology as well as Lean and Six Sigma principles preferred.
  • Scrum Master Experience preferred
  • Certification/Registration:

    ITIL v4 Certification preferred.
