We are a certified Drug Free Workplace and Equal Opportunity Employer.Description Summary: The Business Analyst/Project Manager is responsible for analyzing business requirements and managing projects to successful completion for Business Intelligence and Business Operations projects. The BI Team is tasked with critical internal business operations projects to improve internal efficiencies as well as development of business intelligence products for M3.Essential Duties:The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position - and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor's requests for additional or altered duties. Responsible for the on time and "done well" delivery of projects. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy - adjustments - and progress. Determine and define project scope and objectives. Identify key metrics to measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Owns requirements across the SDLC through production and works independently to elicit and document business and functional requirements - based on project scope defined by Product Manager and stakeholders. Assist maintaining the project backlog. Represents end users and other stakeholders in prioritization meetings - refinement meetings - and to the agile development team during projects. Owns knowledge base content. Partners with BI/BizOps - Insight - Support - Training - and other M3 teams to identify help content info for the BI product and internal tools. Assist in evaluating vendors and 3rd party applications for use by M3. Other duties as assignedEducation/Training/Experience: Completion of a Bachelors Degree is required. Strong preference for the completion of a major in IT - MIS or Computer Science - or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-8 years of project management and related experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with project management software tools - methodologies - and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope - budget - and timeline Must have strong written and verbal skills in English and ability to communicate effectively. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications especially in MS Office.Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods. Ability to perform work on a computer for extended periods. Ability to travel 25% of the timerepresenting the company's interests required. Ability to attend work per assigned schedule and attend meetings with excellent attendance and punctuality.
