If you're as passionate about your future as we are - join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate - L&D to join our Advisory Learning & Development organization.Responsibilities: Execute Advisory Learning scheduling model for Advisory Learning programs Review and interpret scheduling model inputs and outputs to ensure data accuracy - identify trends and analyze results to ensure an efficient scheduling model Collaborate with team - stakeholders and automation/offshore teams to gather requirements for and develop new workflows/automations for efficiencies and continuous improvement Prepare and maintain reports - reporting schedules - reporting assignments - visualizations - workflow documentation Manage Deployment tasks as needed Qualifications: Minimum three years of recent experience in Data & Analytics - preferably within a professional services environment Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; equivalent years of experience will suffice Experience with Excel Macros - Pivots and V Lookups required; prior experience with Java - C+ - R or Python strongly desired; proficient in full Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint experience preferred) Capacity to manage multiple projects/requests concurrently and prioritize competing tasks; demonstrate attention to project details - timelines - and work ethic to accomplish project assignments Demonstrate effective verbal - written and organizational skills to communicate clearly and professionally with team members regarding engagement details or performance development coaching; able to collaborate and build relationships virtually Ability to travel up to 10% at times; Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
