The team's mandate is to create a fully integrated, elegant and seamless end-to-end experience for clients and advisors across the Aspiring Affluent, Established, and High Net Worth client segments. We build the strategic vision and lead the development of products and solutions. Position Overview

The Sr. Associate - Product Management is a strong result oriented individual focused to manage business reporting on planning data & adoption for advisors across all Wealth Management channels. In addition, they will support special projects initiatives and ensure successful rollout of strategic enhancements to the field. Self-starter and effective in synthesizing multiple sources of information and leverage stakeholder relationship.

The Sr. Associate - Product Management will report directly into the Planning Integration & Enablement function of Wealth Plan.

  • Assume day-to-day responsibilities of on-going data/reporting platform that highlights key financial planning results to senior leaders and field managers.
  • Work with business partners ,functional/support group partners and stakeholders to create initial project /resource plans and governance for identified initiatives.
  • Initially assist then lead initiatives in partnership with business while building skillset required to eventually lead large strategic initiatives; provide project and delivery support on strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the longer term vision for the integration and adoption needs of planning platform and actively participate in building solutions or capabilities toward that strategic direction.
  • Raise issues, risk and concerns timely and appropriately to stakeholders.
  • Host governance forums with Sr Stakeholder to drive discussions and decisions, and assist in action item tracking ,project plans ,milestones and meeting documentation.

Qualification /Skill Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with experience in wealth management, financial planning, asset management or program management.
  • Experience being part of a delivery team that spans multiple work streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities, ultimately launching a new / enhanced capability successfully.
  • Ability to create confluence site with Use cases and ability to translate the same into JIRA story.
  • Ability to own and complete assigned tasks with varying priorities on time, identify ahead for any dependency or possible road-block, check in on milestone or when further clarity/guidance needed.
  • Self-Motivated and able to work autonomously, with attention to details.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to fast changing demands and environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Contribute by sharing diverse points of view and help build consensus
  • Fluency with all MS office tools including PowerPoint ,Excel and Visio.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
