ACUVUE MyApp & Alliance Program Owner

Johnson & Johnson Vision, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is currently seeking a ACUVUE MyApp & Alliance Program Owner to be based in Jacksonville, FL.

The ACUVUE MyApp & Alliance Program Owner will shape, define, and implement a differentiated activation strategy that grows ACUVUE brand love and engagement in Johnson & Johnson Vision base loyalty solutions. Primary goal is to grow customer acquisition and engagement to build upgrade opportunities into our premiere ACUVUE Preferred Partnership.

Will partner with leads across sales, customer strategy, marketing, loyalty operations, customer experience, and customer strategy to shape a comprehensive engagement strategy and drive audience specific marketing activations. They will be directly responsible for articulating the ACUVUE Loyalty program messaging across various channels for this customer subset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop roadmap activation strategy to cultivate customer growth by identifying the highest value customers within myAPP and Alliance.
  • Craft strategic marketing activation plan and roadmap to accelerate growth in partnership and upgrade into the ACUVUE Preferred Partnership.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Legal counsel & Health Care Compliance, as well as ACUVUE Preferred Program Owner on strategic activation roadmap.
  • Partner with Loyalty Communications lead to define and implement communication touchpoints and content needs for myAPP and Alliance customers.
  • Drive prioritization and roadmap for data ingestion and audience management needs with IT partners and Product Owners.
  • Use digital expertise to influence the evolution of program activations.
  • Operate as owner of base loyalty programs in partnership with Operational partners, Customer Service, New Accounts, and Customer Experience teams to ensure flawless program execution.
  • Build multi-year strategy plan on myAPP and Alliance lifecycle management.
  • Handle return on investment analysis on myAPP and Alliance.
  • Lead all aspects of reward for performance base Loyalty grids, working cross-functionally to optimize annually based on customer feedback and Loyalty hierarchy.
  • Partner with SAM team on maintaining and growing partnerships with strategic customers, and applicable field execution plan.
  • Partner with Field Engagement and Consumer experience leads to ensure consistent messaging in market across key program partners and channels (CRM, field sales, Professional Events, etc.).
  • Partner with internal Business Intelligence partners to define performance tracking for base Loyalty programs.
  • Maintain a pulse on the Professional and shape strategy through ongoing market and field research and analytics findings.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • A minimum of five (5) years total business experience is required
  • Ability to demonstrate successful Marketing, Communications, Marketing Operations, or similar experience is required.
  • Digital marketing, MarTech, product ownership or program management experience preferred.
  • Experience with SalesForce.com (SFDC) preferred.
  • A proven track record to influence cross-functional and senior management to impact decision-making is required
  • A demonstrated analytical mentality, strong business sense, ability to turn insights into action, and influence fact-based decision making is required
  • Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel, strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required
