Our top-class support team is looking for dedicated, talented, and energetic people who are enthusiastic to join our award-winning company. The support engineer will oversee successfully deploying and supporting Honeywells\NextNines production solutions at our worldwide customer base, working closely with R&D to support software releases, ensure faultless implementations, and maximize customer satisfaction levels.
Deploying and managing customer production environments.
Taking ownership of technical issues while collaborating with R&D engineers, technical account managers and product management.
Investigating support cases, performing root cause analysis, and offering in-depth solutions.
Installation and upgrade system components in both development and production environments.
Developing processes and automation tools for the support team.
Willing to be on duty from time to time to provide support for critical cases during off hours
MUST HAVES :
3+ years experience Wireshark
3+ years experience with web applications, Web Services and .Net applications, Apache Tomcat.
WE VALUES :
Knowledge in networking.
Knowledge in IT, experience working with Linux, Unix.
Knowledge of scripting, Perl, VB and Oracle stored procedures.
Knowledge of Oracle DB.
Working with Linux, Unix.
Experience with web applications, Web Services and .Net applications, Apache Tomcat.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience in customer support
Two years or more experience Strong technical and analytical skills.
Dedicated hard worker, quick learner and team player.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
