The employee's role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis...The Enabling Sustainable Solutions team is where data analytics meets problem solving. The team is responsible for data driven decision making and altering the future of the Sustainable Workplaces organization through data analytics - robotic computing and the influx of data that will be the guiding principle of how we operate space - transform the business - and execute projects.Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree with a major in engineering - business analytics or related sciences Strong Computer Skills including proficiency in a Querying Language such as SQL - a Scripting Language such as Python - a Statistical Language such as R.SAS - and expertise in Excel.Skillsets preferred: Strong interpersonal skills Effective communicator with solid oral and written presentation skills. High level of administrative and organizational skills Basic knowledge of statistics Enjoys new challenges Flexible; able to shift gears comfortably Excels in Dealing with Ambiguity Strong interest in basic ProgrammingCompetencies Required:The ability to: Communicate effectively. Understand cause-and-effect relationships. Make connections/draw parallels and use analogies. See relationships and patterns. Analyze - visualize - and communicate Sustainable Workplaces related data. Interpret data using a combination of science - math - creativity - ingenuity - and curiosity. Travel - as necessary.Responsibilities Include: Work with stakeholders across the Sustainable Workplaces organizations to understand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - leading and lagging indicators and other business analytics needs. Work with the GMIT organization to develop and implement a comprehensive and robust Business Intelligence (BI) strategy. Work with cross functional teams to discover & develop actionable - high-impact data analytics need & opportunity statements across all areas of Sustainable Workplaces. Use of data analytics tools to evaluate Sustainable Workplaces related data to uncover patterns & insights.
