This position is open to remote candidates. Candidate must be open to quarterly or monthly travel to headquarters located in Johnston, RI dependent on business needs.

Manages key Strategy & Business Enablement and other business stakeholder relationships for responsible products and services. This includes ensuring transparency and alignment with agile teams, information security, and business priorities as they relate to infrastructure management solutions product lifecycle and backlog/task dependencies.

Provides guidance in assessing, mitigating, and managing product opportunities and risks. Defines and aligns the visions for all products within the journey. Engages customers (lines of business, other technology functions) as needed. Is accountable for the overall product management and brand of various products within a journey.

Delivers valuable, quality, and timely enterprise infrastructure management technology solutions features and capabilities in alignment with enterprise priorities and assuring operational excellence of the various technology products.

Leads the product vision and is accountable for the alignment, prioritization of value, and oversight and cost management of all products in the journey. Ensures healthy roadmap and product backlogs for all products within their journeys while striving for timely delivery, representing the customer and key partners.


  • 5 to 10 Years Related work experience in roles of increasing responsibility, influence, and/or leadership in engineering, design, consulting, or product management of enterprise infrastructure management technologies whether on-premises or cloud

  • A servant leader with exceptional planning, analytical, decision-making, organization, communication, and teamwork skills. Has the ability to influence others and build consensus.

  • Strong practical understanding of core infrastructure technologies (Storage, Compute, Virtualization, Kubernetes, Networking, IaaS, PaaS, automation). As well as, infrastructure and application monitoring and management technologies (and their associated governance, lifecycle management, and delivery)

  • Experience leading highly skilled, hard-working teams

  • Demonstrable ability to make difficult decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills; able to operate at both strategic vision and tactical execution level

  • Knowledge of agile practices in an enterprise infrastructure environment is highly preferred!

Ability to execute on established, and/or establish and define, vision and road-maps for and manage a portfolio and backlog of technology based products and services with a heavy concentration on:
  • Infrastructure and application monitoring, alerting, and analytics techniques and technologies and their practical use in assuring performance, availability, and stability at an enterprise level
  • Infrastructure and Service/Process management technologies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages in a compelling manner
  • Demonstrable ability to influence diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Inclusive servant-leadership style

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
