As an entry level Sales Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, working face-to-face with customers to foster customer retention, acquisition, brand loyalty, and revenue growth. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and commitment to doing things the right way will be instrumental in creating a positive and lasting impression on our clientele.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, actively engaging with them to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges. Provide personalized assistance and product knowledge to ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Customer Retention and Acquisition: Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Attract and engage new customers, showcasing the unique value of our products and services to drive customer acquisition.

Brand Loyalty Promotion: Embody our brand values and ethos, ensuring that every interaction reinforces our commitment to quality, integrity, and exceptional service. Implement strategies to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy among customers.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Demonstrate persuasive sales techniques, highlighting product benefits and upselling relevant items to increase sales revenue. Meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative and customer-centric approach.

Product Knowledge and Training: Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge and proficiency, allowing you to provide accurate and valuable information to customers.

Customer Feedback and Data Collection: Actively seek and gather customer feedback, recording insights to improve product offerings, customer service, and overall shopping experience. Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies based on data analysis.

Store Maintenance: Collaborate with the store management team to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, ensuring that displays and merchandising represent our brand in the best possible light.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers of diverse backgrounds and interests.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting customer loyalty.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing product offerings and company policies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Antioch, TN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
