As part of the Data Consulting team, you will be charged with helping us support our Enhanced Lost Participant Service (ELPS) by becoming a Subject Matter Expert responsible for owning our soon to be created Service Support Desk.


ELPS is an exciting product that is experiencing significant growth. Our mission is to help clients locate participants that have lost contact with their retirement plan. Come be a part of our team!


The Team


The Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group is composed of over 350 professionals who advise clients on the management of their domestic benefits. We are a fast-growing business within Fidelity, providing a broad range of services that touch on every area of benefits design, strategy, funding, communication and delivery. While we focus on working with the Fortune 1000, we also work with Fidelity clients of all sizes.


As an ELPS Consultant in Workplace Consulting you'll be responsible for assisting with both the build out and support of our new Service Support Desk to funnel and respond to MD questions. In addition, you would be tasked with helping the team with quality review, with the opportunity to drive automation and scale. While working in a collaborative work environment, you will strive to improve processes, document and trend incoming requests and assist with the disbursement of information to support ELPS inquiries.


The Expertise You Have


  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2+ years in a project management. Consulting experience a plus
  • Strong critical thinking, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Excel and Word. Microsoft Access a plus

$70,000 - $125,000 per year


This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
