Job Description

Minimum Required Experiences

• 6 years of related experience
• Experience in driving the execution of product development concepts
• Experience and confidence working with all levels of management
• Ability to quickly and concisely communicate (verbal and written) with senior management and other stakeholders on technical issues in non-technical terms
• Strong relationship management skills and aptitude to multi-task in a high stress environment, both within teams and independently
• Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Demonstrated ability in building IT balanced scorecards, KPI management, and operational reporting
• Ability to analyze different components of cloud and on premise infrastructure and application environments
• Advanced knowledge and experience defining, implementing, and managing ongoing portfolio management, strategic planning, program management, and IT Governance processes
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
• Experience managing with Agile/SAFe methodologies
• ITIL, PMP, or SAFe Agile certification desired
• Financial services industry experience is desired
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project

As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise team members on developing and maintaining plans for the creation or maintenance of a product, and contribute your technical expertise in production and decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate with your team to determine timelines, milestones, and allocation of resources, as well as manage the technical requirements needed to implement a product.

• Apply your extensive knowledge of principles to contribute technical expertise to the project.

• Advise on solutions to refine goal, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed.
• Recommend process improvement actions to ensure projects meet the technical requirements for full completion.
