Position Summary:

As part of the Information Technology Team, the Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst will be responsible for architecting and maintaining data across distributed systems with emphasis on customer facing Digital technology and bridging to back-office technology. They will ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintain processes to support overall master data quality. The MDM Analyst serves as a point of contact for the organization for the oversight and governance of product data as seen and experienced by our customers.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
• Identifies data requirements related to new products and/or product changes across digital systems and catalogs. Updates the systems to reflect the new or changed products and test for consistency of data in downstream processes using the data.
• Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies
• Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as, development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
• Provides assistance in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs).
• QA of Commerce solutions, 3rd Party Product Catalog/Space Planning tools (2020/Configura CET/Project Matrix)

Qualifications, Skills and Education

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, or equivalent related experience
• 2+ years of working experience in using and or managing data within digital frameworks, including ecommerce systems and/or 3rd party Catalogs
• 2+ years of experience in a product-oriented company
• Strong Excel fluency (e.g., data manipulation/management, lookups, pivots, formula construction.)

Preferred Qualifications: _

• Knowledge/experience working with SAP Hybris ecommerce platform
• Experience working with configurable products
• Experience with database technologies like Access, My SQL or SQL
• Articulate and persuasive; can communicate difficult and complex matters in a straightforward, transparent, and understandable manner, whether written or oral.
• Ability to define and draft solution requirements documents
