SCOPE OF POSITION:
Supports Project Manager in the planning and management of projects. Manage, analyze and provide accurate and relevant data for Project Leaders to make informed decisions on strategies and tactics to mitigate risk, control cost, and ensure customer satisfaction related to assigned project.

Collects data and prepares organization-wide project status analysis and reporting.
Assists the individual project participants with resources and guidance for documentation, training, and best practices.
Coordinates efforts to optimize cross-project resources.
Participates in the financial auditing and assessment of completed projects and the development of future project roadmaps.
Runs small projects
Maintains project timeframes, objectives and communications
Creates and manages documentation and reports for projects
Tracks, forecasts and reports on project progress including metrics and challenges
Collects necessary information required to start projects

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)
2 years project related experience with a strong understanding of project managment and data analysis
Good verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work from verbal instructions and understand next steps.
Experience with creating formulas in Excel required. Advanced experience in Excel to include writing complex formulas, using look-up tables, pivot tables and cross sheet references a plus.
Motivated, excellent at follow-up, and a team-player who can produce within defined timelines required.
Experience driving projects from concept through completion required.
Experience with Smartsheet as a license user creating sheets and reports a plus
Report writing background a plus.
Proficiency in computer tecnology and Microsoft office application
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
