What You Will Do :
Our consultants on the Advanced Analytics & Intelligent Automation team help clients maximize the value of their data and automate business processes. This high performing team works with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science, from data querying and wrangling to data engineering, to data visualization, dashboarding, and business intelligence (BI), to predictive analytics, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) as well as robotic process automation (RPA). Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness.
Belong to a collaborative team dedicated to Advanced Analytics and Intelligent Automation.
Focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development in data science, data analytics, and/or data engineering.
Work as a data scientist / data analytics / business intelligence professional in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Continue career development in data science and data analytics software, methods, and consulting.
What You Will Need :
Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
B.S. or B.A. in a relevant quantitative and computational discipline.
3+ years of relevant professional experience OR 1+ year of relevant professional experience with a relevant M.S./M.A. degree.
Ability to analyze large and complex datasets (structured and unstructured), with a strong aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Expertise in developing dashboards using Tableau.
Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence best practices.
Proficiency in querying and joining data using SQL.
Proficiency in wrangling, cleaning, and analyzing data using R or Python.
Ability to uphold strong data management.
Ability to write technical process documentation.
Strong consulting skills: identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships, driving initiatives forward.
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Ability to support business development including RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers.
Ability to operate successfully on remote projects as well as the ability to support hybrid on-site projects in the DC metro area.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
M.S. or M.A. in a relevant quantitative and computational discipline.
Tableau Desktop Certification.
Experience utilizing Tableau jointly with Python or R.
Experience with analytics process automation.
Experience providing Tableau administration, including dashboard promotions, user management, server management, and assisting Tableau updates.
Experience supporting Federal National Security organizations.
The annual salary range for this position is $86,100.00-$172,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
