We are at an exciting phase of our journey. Having completed the initial and second phases of our development, we are now entering the third and final phase, where we are fine-tuning our product for market readiness and planning for expansion. Our focus is on integrating personalized algorithms, AI, and LLMs into our solution, aiming to bring this advanced technology to market within the next 6 months.

What You'll Do:

1. Full Stack Development:

- Supervise the development and maintenance of our health tech solution's full stack, including front-end user interfaces (React, React Native) and back-end infrastructure (Python, Django).

- Ensure smooth integration local LLM agent and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications.

2. Technology Strategy and Product Roadmap:

- Collaborate closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to refine and drive the technology strategy.

- Oversee the execution of our product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.

- Lead the development of AI and LLMs, ensuring extensive training, knowledge augmentation, and rigorous testing.

3. Application Security and Compliance:

- Develop scalable, secure, and compliant applications with a strong emphasis on user experience and performance.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.

4. AI/ML, GenAI solution building, and Data Integration:

- Drive the integration of AI, GenAI, and LLMs into our solution, developing personalized algorithms for healthcare applications.

- Translate scientific research into actionable steps to improve health, fertility, and longevity.

5. Continuous Innovation:

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, healthcare technology, and functional medicine.

- Implement cutting-edge solutions based on female biology, addressing the existing research gap.

6. Risk Management and Adaptability:

- Oversee risk management for the entire solution, ensuring robust data protection and the ability to pivot and transform quickly within the industry.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer.

- An entrepreneurial mindset, willing to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing startup environment.

- Proven capability in building complex AI-driven solutions.

- Experience in developing highly secure and compliant applications.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Understanding of regulatory requirements in the healthcare space.

- Experience in healthcare technology and EHR integrations is a plus.

- Experience in implementing and optimizing NLP application is a plus.

- A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems principles

- Familiarity with cloud services platforms, including AWS, GCP, and AzureA Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
