The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking an SAP/SRM Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is in North Chicago, IL 60064. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• $36 - $38/hour based on previous experience.
• Creation of Shopping Carts within the SAP ERP system
• Work with the Global Packaging team to provide quotes
• Proactively verify vendor status in vendor master database.
• Complete new vendor setup documentation (including Bank Verification Form and vendor setup requests) as needed
• Ensure timely approval and release of vendor invoices by routing for business owner approval, releasing in SRM, and proactively monitoring for issues and following up for resolution.
• Facilitate and track Purchase Order Creation and Closing
• Invoice reconciliation, Invoice Tracking with Global Packaging resources.
• Clear up blocked/parked invoices
• Escalate issues to project manager which could cause delay in the timeline
• Accurately inputs and monitors orders according to client and company procedures
• Responds to inquires in a timely manner
• Track key milestones to report output as needed.
• Notifies various entities as needed to update Shopping Cart status as process progresses
• Supports department manager and staff with project update requests
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the Process purchase orders through all stages of purchase cycle (requests, creation, change, tracking, closure, and deletion)

Qualifications:

• SAP (ECC production)
• SAP SRM
• SAP Vendor set-up
• High-level of attention to details and accuracy.
• Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team.
• HS Diploma + Minimum of 3 years exp in SAP SRM and SAP (ECC production)
