The work we do here matters.Department OverviewA fast-paced - dynamic environment manufacturing world-class communications equipment for public safety customers around the world.Job DescriptionAs the Supply Chain Senior Program Manager - you will lead transformational projects for our Elgin - Illinois Operations.Responsibilities: End to end program management ownership of supply chain transformational projects in our Elgin - Illinois Operations. Lead multiple projects at the same time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams - to ensure the success of all project schedules - and objectives for the year. Set organizational goals for quality - inventory - safety - delivery - and cost savings. Manage documentation and standardization of site program processes - procedures - and tools.Setting expectations for all programs within supply chain - with the expectation of career progression.Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communications skills verbal and written. 5 plus years of experience as a Program Manager. Experience working in a Manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to influence without direct authority. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Working knowledge of all Supply Chain functions. Ability to work in a team environment and dynamically align to changing business conditions. Ability to present to executive leadership/upper management. Training and facilitating new-hire orientations. Weekly reporting.Candidates must reside in the Chicagoland area to be considered for this role:Basic RequirementsRequired Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business - Communication - Engineering - IT - Management - or Supply Chain Management. PMP certification required. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
